I see that Rosacea Care has nine different products. Do I have to use them all? |
| A. |
No, they all have special uses. But most people soon figure out the combination of our products that are most effective for them. The most popular, by the way, are Cleanser, Moisturizer, Serum, and Calming Lotion. And definitely Sunscreen. All in all, it is the most complete rosacea and sensitive skin line in the world. |

I don’t have rosacea or sensitive skin. Can I use your products? |
| A. |
You can – and should! Many of our Rosacea Care customers have no skin problems whatsoever. One of America’s leading mineral cosmetics companies regularly uses Rosacea Care Moisturizer in its make-over regimen. And our Sunscreen “30” is simply the world’s best and most modern Sunscreen, appropriate for everyone. |

How do I use your products in conjunction with Metrogel or other prescriptives? |
| A. |
Apply the prescriptive first and allow it to absorb. Then apply the Rosacea Care products. |

Can I use the Rosacea Care products while pregnant or nursing? |
| A. |
Rosacea Care products are topical skin care products that do not enter the system the way prescriptive drugs can. We have never had a report of any problem from our users during periods of pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you would like us to provide you a copy of our brochure with all our ingredients listed, for you to share with your doctor, we would be very happy to do so. |

I am allergic to perfumes. Are your products fragrance free? |
| A. |
We use natural, non-irritating ingredients, some of which by nature possess a subtle fragrance. We have never had reports of irritation from these very mild scents, but trying a Sample Kit is the best way of assuring that there is no problem for you. |

Do you encourage us to try the Sample Kits before ordering full-size products? |
| A. |
We do, yes. It gives you a chance to try each product and decide which are going to be most effective for you. You don’t need to pay for a full-size product until you are convinced that it will be appropriate for you. |

How long do your samples last? |
| A. |
Anywhere from eight days to two weeks, ample time to evaluate which products are most effective for you. All Sample Kits come with a brochure with instructions for use. |

Do you offer a refund or guarantee for the Sample Kits? |
| A. |
All of our products except for the Soothing Spray
are available in Sample Kits. We charge for them at our manufacturing
price, add a nominal fee for shipping and never charge a handling fee.
It is an effort to extend a trial period to potential customers, and rarely
do customers request a refund or expect a guarantee. |

Why don't you provide samples of the Soothing Spray? |
| A. |
It would be cost prohibitive to provide sample size atomizers. However, if the Strontium Calming Lotion works well for you, the Strontium Soothing Spray will also. It delivers the same relief from burning and irritation but in an instant and cooling application. Incidentally, the Spray can be used over Concealer or other make-up. |

Can the Calming Lotion and Soothing Spray be used for any skin irritation? |
| A. |
You bet. You can get instant relief from sunburn or insect bites. In fact, many people include a bottle of Soothing Spray when they go hiking or bicycling or when they pack a basket for a picnic. |

Is the Calming Lotion also a Moisturizer? |
| A. |
A. Yes, and a very elegant one. It soothes as it moisturizes. |

I notice that your Sunscreen has both physical and chemical blocking ingredients. Is this to achieve the SPF 30? |
| A. |
In part. Also, the best sun-protection products contain both chemical and physical blocks, because different ingredients block different slices of the light spectrum, some last longer than others before breaking down from exposure, and others shed water more easily. |

How much Sunscreen should I use? |
| A. |
More than you think. The only way to preserve the 30 SPF is to apply the Sunscreen generously. |

Can the Sunscreen be used at the beach and in the ocean? |
| A. |
Absolutely. But it should be reapplied after swimming. |

As you say, the Sunscreen becomes invisible, which is wonderful. But suppose I want to add a hint of a tan? |
| A. |
Take the darkest shade of Concealer (No. 12) and apply it over the Sunscreen for a bronzer effect. And incidentally, the Concealers by themselves carry an SPF of 17. |

I have friends who live in Europe. Should I tell them to look for Rosacea Care? |
| A. |
Please do. Rosacea Care has customers in 52 countries and a number of distribution centers abroad. But here’s a suggestion: you’ll personally bring some Rosacea Care products over to them if they’ll put you up for a week. Bon Voyage! |
