SHIPPING HOURS

• Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
• Orders received prior to 2:00 p.m. usually ship the same business day.
• There are no handling charges. Shipping cost is based on 1 lb.
• There are no additional charges applied to orders for additional weight of package. We are happy to absorb this cost in gratitude for your continued business!
  

SHIPPING COSTS

• FIRST CLASS MAIL – $4.00 for sample kit orders
• USPS PRIORITY MAIL – $6.00 for all other orders
• EXPRESS MAIL – $20.00 for all packages shipped for next day delivery within the continental United States (we do not ship Express to APO addresses)
  * Not all Express Mail orders are guaranteed through USPS for next day
    delivery, some destinations take 2 business days for delivery.
  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL $6.00 for sample kit orders
• $10.00 for all other orders
• If shipping charges are not paid in full at the time of order, a delay in shipping will occur until appropriate charges are applied.
